1) What are you doing to ensure a healthy work-life balance for your employees?
We promote a healthy work-life balance by offering flexible working hours, encouraging employees to take regular breaks, and supporting remote work options. Additionally, we encourage employees to take their full vacation days. We also organize informal social events and team activities to help employees unwind and build strong relationships outside of the working hours.
2) What role does your company intend to give to teleworking in the next 5 years?
Our company sees remote work as a key part of our future strategy. Over the next five years, we plan to maintain a hybrid work model that allows employees to split their time between home and the office, ensuring both flexibility and collaboration.
3) What management style is most present in your company?
Our company predominantly follows a participative management style, encouraging open communication and involving employees in decision-making. We believe this fosters engagement, creativity, and a strong team spirit.
4) What are you doing to ensure good mental health in your company?
We foster good mental health by promoting a culture of openness and regular team gatherings where employees can share their thoughts and support each other. This environment encourages trust and helps everyone feel connected and heard.
5) Give a concrete example of how your company's mental health initiatives are paying off.
For example, we have very low absenteeism rates, which reflect our employees’ well-being. Additionally, we consciously avoid encouraging overtime, helping staff maintain a healthy balance and reduce stress
