How do you create a unique environment for your employees?
We don’t take ourselves too seriously and try to have fun whenever we can. Also, free croissants whenever there’s a birthday!
How do you combine freedom, autonomy and trust?
It’s not about combining. It speaks for itself that you need all 3 in order to get the very best out of every single individual. I’m strong believer that when you give and you trust, you make your people work for the company as if it is their own.
According to you, what is the secret to be on the Best Workplaces™ List?
Being upfront about both the good and the less good aspects of your company! Perfection does not exist but it’s important to display values and good faith.
What is the impact of the Great Place To Work® recognition program on the retention and attraction of your talents?
We see the program as yet another aspect of our company which candidates can look into and familiarize themselves with before they apply for our open positions. It’s like a “sneak peek” into our work environment.
What is your 2023 HR priority?
We’re expanding to other markets, so we’re hiring for Business Development positions in Spain and Nordic countries – we just filled the Italy position!
