Revantage Europe, N°4 Large Best Workplaces Luxembourg 2025

Revantage Europe, N°4 Large Best Workplaces Luxembourg 2025
Revantage Europe has been awarded Best Workplaces™ Luxembourg 2025 (N°4 - Large Companies category). Let's meet with the Senior Leadership Team (Diana Hoffmann, Jean-Francois Bossy, Dorota Roch, Elijah Kanevskiy, Paul-Alexandre Rischard, Michael Dietrich, Ingrid Astrauskas, Veronique Truffaut) and discover how they create a great workplace culture with and for their employees.

1) What are you doing to ensure a healthy work-life balance for your employees ?

At Revantage Europe, we take a holistic approach to work-life balance, combining flexibility, wellbeing, and convenience. We offer a flexible work policy that allows employees to adjust their schedules - starting later, taking longer lunch breaks, or finishing earlier - helping them avoid traffic and better manage their personal schedules. In addition, our work-from-home (WFH) and work-from-other-location (WFOL) options enable employees to spend more time with their families, including in their home countries. To support physical and mental wellbeing, we host monthly workshops on topics like healthy nutrition, stress management, digital detox, and time management, and provide on-site massages. We also facilitate language courses and regular Pilates sessions on the premises, making it easy for employees to invest in their personal growth and health. Our prevention-at-work programme includes Prévendos training on musculoskeletal disorders, vision and hearing checks, and burnout prevention initiatives. These efforts are part of a broader strategy to embed wellbeing into our daily culture and operations.

2) What role does your company intend to give to teleworking in the next 5 years?

Teleworking is a key component of our long-term workplace strategy. At Revantage Europe, we already have a flexible work policy in place that includes both hybrid WFH and WFOL options. These are designed to support diverse employee lifestyles while maintaining team cohesion and productivity. We are committed to respecting legal thresholds for both residents and non-residents, and we will continue to monitor market trends and evolve our policies accordingly. Our goal is to remain agile and responsive to the needs of our people while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

3) What management style is most present in your company?

Revantage Europe embraces a collaborative, flat management style built on strong global values and a culture of trust, transparency, and empowerment. We maintain an open-door policy, encouraging transparent communication and direct access to leadership. This was reinforced during our recent Regional Town Hall, where senior leaders emphasized that while not everyone may make strategic decisions, every employee plays a vital role in shaping how we work together and bring our mission to life. One of the key messages was: “Take ownership beyond your job title – think like a company owner, not just a department member.” We also foster innovation and continuous improvement through initiatives like the Innov8 Challenge, which invites ideas and suggestions from all levels of the organization. This inclusive approach ensures that every voice is heard and valued.

4) What are you doing to ensure good mental health in your company?

As mentioned previously, mental health is a strategic priority at Revantage Europe. We offer a range of initiatives to support our employees’ wellbeing: monthly wellbeing workshops on stress management, digital detox, and more - myndup coaching for parents returning from extended leave, helping them reintegrate with confidence and support - free consultations with STM Luxembourg - providing professional psychological support to all employees.

These initiatives are designed to be proactive, accessible, and tailored to the diverse needs of our workforce.

5) Give a concrete example of how your company's mental health initiatives are paying off.

Our commitment to mental health is reflected in our consistently strong Great Place to Work (GPW) survey results, where employees report high satisfaction with our wellbeing support. This positive feedback has contributed to our continued recognition as a Best Workplace, and we continue to see high engagement levels across the organization. These outcomes affirm that our mental health strategy is not only well-received but also impactful in creating a supportive and resilient workplace culture.
